Key Features

• Integrated flanges: Moulded mounting ears on both sides let the enclosure be fixed to flat surfaces in seconds.
• Durable Material: The body and opaque cover are made from UL94 HB rated ABS material, suitable for operation between -20 °C and +60 °C. Clear covers are made from impact-resistant PC material. UL94 V0 flame-retardant versions are also available upon request.
• IP67 Protection: Compliant with EN 60529 standards, IP67 protection ensures resistance to immersion in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.
• Sealed Design: Screw holes are positioned outside the gasket area, maintaining full sealing performance.
• Flexible TPE Seal: The seal, made of long-lasting and flexible TPE, provides reliable water and dust resistance.
• Standard Color: Stock color is a light grey similar to RAL7035. Custom colors are available upon request.
• Stainless Fastening: Covers are secured with stainless steel screws into brass M4 inserts, varying according to the enclosure size. This allows repeated opening and closing without deformation.
• Easy internal mounting: Raised bosses in the base accept self-tapping screws or optional M3 brass inserts for frequent assembly/disassembly.
• Ready Stock: Solidshell maintains high stock levels for this product group, enabling fast delivery.
