CUT GEOMETRY
Corner Radius
Because we use a rotating tool, the corners of machined shapes come out rounded in proportion to the tool size.
Sharper corners are possible using smaller tools, but this increases our processing time and cost.

THREADING
Threading
Instead of drilling plain holes and using nuts when mounting components such as connectors and cable glands to enclosures, we can also thread the enclosure surface with special tools. You can find the thread sizes and pitches we offer in metric and PG standards in the table.

Label Recess for Membrane Labels
The enclosure can be cut so that the button does not pierce the label, allowing it to flex.

Pool milling can also be performed on metal surfaces.
Press-fit Components
Press-fit nuts, screws, and standoffs are components that enable stronger and more durable assembly of all types of devices and circuit boards. Specially manufactured press-fit nuts, screws, and standoffs are pressed with high pressure into pre-drilled holes on soft metal using a special press.

FILE PREPARATION
Submitting Your Design
Instructions and File Formats for CNC Machining
You can send us your CNC machining instructions in different formats.
If you do not have a technical drawing, you can send us a sample of the relevant product. The necessary drawings will be prepared by us based on the sample and sent to you for approval.
If you send us the components to be mounted on the enclosure (circuit boards, connectors, terminal blocks, LCD screens, etc.) along with the sample enclosure during production, we can check the component fits during the first production run and adjust the machining dimensions and tolerances to match the samples.
Please ensure the file scale is 1:1.

Technical Drawing for CNC Machining
When dimensioning a technical drawing, determine the center point and provide dimension values, or provide measurements from points on the enclosure that can be measured with calipers.
Tolerances DIN7168
Although our CNC machines have high precision, avoid specifying very tight tolerances since plastic is a flexible material. Below you can find the general tolerances we use. For special tolerances or parts with special mounting requirements, consult with our specialists.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. We process even single-unit orders.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept hand-drawn sketches (PDF, JPG, PNG), AutoCAD drawings (DXF), PDF drawings, STEP, Parasolid, and IGES formats. Please ensure the file scale is 1:1.
What are your tolerances?
We apply general tolerances per DIN7168 standard. We provide ± 0.1 mm for 0.5-3 mm range and ± 0.2 mm for 6-30 mm range. Contact our specialists for special tolerance requirements.
What materials can you machine?
We can perform CNC machining on plastic, aluminum extrusion, sheet metal, clear panels, and aluminum die-cast materials.
Can I reorder a previously machined part?
