Are the materials you use compliant with international standards?
We select plastic and metal materials used in enclosure production in compliance with the RoHS directive, considering our customers who export their products to the European Union. RoHS compliance information for each product is available on its product page.
Do you drill speaker holes in enclosures?
We cut and drill speaker holes, ventilation channels, and component openings on all surfaces of enclosures. You can find detailed information on our CNC machining page.
Can we find an enclosure suitable for our electronic boards?
We have a wide variety of enclosures in different sizes. You can browse these products on our website. If you select the enclosure before designing your PCB, your product's time-to-market will be shortened.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We sell our enclosures individually or in boxes of 10, 20, or 50 depending on their size. Box quantities are specified on our product pages and in our product catalog. If you need fewer units for sampling, you can purchase enclosures individually from our website. Accessories and spare screws come in pre-packaged plastic bags, and orders can be placed in multiples of those quantities.
What color options are available for enclosures?
Our products are continuously available in standard colors in our inventory. You can see the stocked color for each product on the relevant product page. For high-volume orders of 500-1000 units, we can produce enclosures in custom colors depending on material availability.
How can we access technical drawings of enclosures?
You can find technical drawings for any product on the relevant product page on our website.
Are you planning to expand your enclosure range?
We continuously work on new enclosure designs based on our customers' requests and are expanding our product range at an increasing pace.
Do you produce custom enclosures?
Yes, we offer custom enclosure design, prototyping services, and mold production for your specific devices. Please contact us for detailed information.
What types of machining can you perform on enclosures?
We can machine LCD display cutouts, various button openings, connector holes, terminal block openings, PCB slots, label recesses, and ventilation holes on any surface of our enclosures. We also offer UV printing and laser marking services.
Can your enclosures be painted?
You can paint our enclosures in any metallic or solid color using commercially available wet plastic paints.
Are accessory prices included in enclosure prices?
Accessories included with the product are listed on the relevant product page. Any additional accessories are priced separately.

We have dealers in Istanbul, Izmir, and Kocaeli. You can find more information about our dealers on our contact page.
Do you offer discounts on enclosure prices?
Our website prices decrease as order quantities increase. We also offer additional discounts to customers who consistently purchase above a certain volume.
How can we purchase your products?
We ship our enclosures throughout Turkey and internationally via cargo and freight services. You can place orders through our website, or purchase from our dealers.
Do you send sample enclosures?
To meet our customers' sample requests, we have reduced minimum order quantities to 1 unit on our website. You can order any product as a sample in any quantity you need.

Do you carry imported enclosures?
Yes, we import enclosures. You can identify whether an enclosure is imported by the "Imported" label on the relevant product page and in our catalogs.
Do you export?
Yes, we export to international companies. Our number of international customers is growing steadily.
What are your working hours?
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-12:30 and 13:30-18:00. We are closed on weekends.
Do you keep enclosures in stock?
Yes, we maintain inventory proportional to sales for every enclosure type on our website. We also keep imported enclosures in stock. If a product is out of stock, it is indicated on the relevant product page.
Visual Printing
Can we receive our products with our logo and/or brand printed on them?
We can apply any visual printing you want on all products where the material and printing surface are suitable.
Can you also print mimic diagrams, control panels, button and port markings?
Our UV curing printing system allows us to print a wide variety of graphics.
Are there any color limitations?
We can apply all colors within a color palette close to photographic quality.
Can you print our company logo's Pantone or RAL color?
With our CMYK color palette printing system, we can achieve results approximately 85% close to Pantone and RAL codes.
Can you print any color on any color enclosure?
Depending on the enclosure color and desired print color, we can print all colors including white at an additional cost by applying a primer coat. You can choose the most suitable color system from our recommendations.
Can you print variable data like serial numbers?
We can print variable data such as serial numbers and LOT numbers at an additional cost.
Our previous prints wore off with contact and use. Will this be a problem with UV curing?
Our UV curing printing system has passed abrasion tests. It is more durable than many other printing methods.
Our devices are in contact with certain chemicals. Will these chemicals erase the prints?
Our tests with various chemicals have shown that our prints do not wear off. However, you can test the specific chemical your product contacts on our sample prints.
Will there be fading on products exposed to sunlight?
The printing method we use is highly resistant to sunlight.
How is pricing determined?
We calculate our prices based on the area of the printed surface, the number of surfaces being processed, and the number of print layers applied.
Will switching from screen printing to UV printing increase our costs?
Setting aside the apparent cost, when you consider the time and labor spent having printing done at different locations, you will get more colorful, more vibrant, faster, and smoother printing results at a lower cost.
