WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Altinkaya stands behind the quality of its standard products and handles eligible returns in accordance with the terms set forth below.
Standard products supplied by Altinkaya may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided our company is notified within this period and the products are eligible for return in accordance with Article 6 of the Sales Contract.
Returned products must be unused and returned in unopened and undamaged original packaging in order to be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the BUYER.
Products manufactured or modified to the BUYER's specifications are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, products with custom cutting, drilling, special colors, UV printing or laser marking.
For invoices issued to individuals, return transactions shall be handled in accordance with General Communiqué No. 385 of the Tax Procedure Law. The relevant return sections of the invoice must be completed, signed, and returned together with the product.
For invoices issued to companies, the BUYER shall issue a return invoice to the SELLER, excluding shipping charges, and return it together with the product.
Acceptance of returned goods under these terms shall constitute fulfillment of our obligations with respect to such returns.
