In accordance with the 'Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts' published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, it is mandatory to conclude a contract for sales made over the internet. The contract details are as stated below.
ARTICLE 1- PARTIES

1.2- BUYER:
Buyer information is stated in the order form.
ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically from the seller's website www.altinkaya.com, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3- PRODUCT(S)
3.1- The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sale price including taxes of the products are as stated in the order form.
3.2- Payment Method: As stated in the order form.
3.4- Delivery Method and Address:
Delivery will be made by the cargo company to the address specified by the Buyer during the order. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be invoiced separately by the cargo company.
ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1- The BUYER declares that they have read and acknowledged the basic characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the product on the website.
4.2- The product shall be delivered within the period stated on the website, not exceeding the legal 30-day period.
4.3- The SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to whom the product is to be delivered refuses delivery.
4.4- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product intact, complete, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
4.5- If the product price is not paid or is cancelled in bank records, the SELLER is deemed released from the obligation to deliver.
ARTICLE 5- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has 7 days to exercise the right of withdrawal from the delivery of the product.
The return shipping cost is borne by the BUYER.
ARTICLE 6- NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Products manufactured and/or customized according to the BUYER's special requests (e.g., products with cutting, drilling, custom colors) cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal is subject to the condition that the product packaging is unopened and the product is unused.
ARTICLE 7- DEFAULT PROVISIONS
In case the parties fail to fulfill their obligations under this contract, the provisions of the Code of Obligations regarding debtor's default shall apply.
ARTICLE 8- AUTHORIZED COURT
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the SELLER's place of residence are authorized.
By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.
